I have been using IRIS PAYE-Master software since
1991 and would happily recommend it to anyone.
At the time of
setting it up in 1991, I was not particularly computer literate and
yet the manual was easy to follow and the support back-up very
helpful. The updates keep abreast of current legislation and arrive
in plenty of time. These are easy to install and take only a few
minutes to download.
The annual support charge is very reasonable. It is easy to
get through to the support line and the support operators are all
friendly and able to answer any problem instantly. The system
covers all aspects required and IRIS are open to
suggestions for additions and improvements.
Specific payroll stationery orders are always dispatched by
return of post. Order forms are clear and easy to complete. The
wage slips are comprehensive and comprehensible.
I work on a monthly payroll and it is a simple task to enter
the details. In fact, I rather look forward to this task each
month! All calculations and both recommendations and optional
printouts are accepted by the HM Revenue & Customs
(HMRC).
I have now
used this system with complete confidence for 12 years and I would
be very surprised if there is a better system on the market.
