"A revelation to find a package that is so intuitive and so
easy to use"
Will Falconer has been using the IRIS Bookkeeping software
package since February 2004. He runs three businesses and finds the
system particularly easy to use. Due to the nature of the companies
he runs, he produces a large number of invoices and each one is
different.
In the past this would have been onerous but with IRIS
Bookkeeping Will says "It is not a problem, it is very
straight forward and I haven't had to resort to the manual at all.

Will has also been impressed with the quality of the customer
helpline. He has used several other entry level accounting software
packages over the years and has always been disappointed by the
customer care. He added "On the rare occasions I have used the IRIS
telephone helpline, I have found the service to be very good. IRIS
appears to really care about their customers, unlike others."
