Software Integration
Exchequer business accounting
software has the widest range of tools for interfacing and
customisation of any mid-range financial
accounting software system. Each tool offers varying levels of
integration, ensuring smooth transfer of data between disparate
applications. The cornerstone of this philosophy revolves around
the Exchequer SDK (Software Developers Kit), which is based on COM,
the most widely used component software model in the world.
Security
Virtually every option in
Exchequer accounting software can be password controlled
for optimised user access levels with a wide range of system switches and
customisable fields. Preventative maintenance
features will 'roll-back' if your hardware or network fails,
leaving nothing to chance! We even robustly stress-test your system
before you go live to ensure your IT environment is configurated
accurately.
Forms Designer
Customise
your accounting
software, including sub-menu's with links to
programs, reports, and files that users require regular access
to. You can even add separators and help text in the status
bar for added items to make navigation easier!
Menu access can be controlled on a user by user, single
company or all companies basis.
Future-Proof
You need to know that your chosen
software can grow in size and capabilities. Exchequer accounting
software works in exactly the same way, whether there are 1,
10 or 100 users. Simply add on additional users when you require
them – no upgrades to new software and no re-training time and
costs for new and existing staff. Don't underestimate the expense
and disruption this avoids.
Remote Access
Exchequer fully supports wide area
network environments (WANs) such as Citrix or Terminal
Services.
Both of these WAN environments enable
the Microsoft Windows desktop to be viewed through Internet
Explorer. Exchequer, in this mode, disables graphics such
as backgrounds and animations within the user environment to aid
performance over limited bandwidth.
Other than a reduction in graphics such
as the background, the user interface remains the same as if
operating on a local area network (LAN).
