InvalidPrintOptions when Zeroising PAYE-Remittance figures
Some customers may experience the following error when trying to
print their PAYE-Remittance straight to their printer. The error
usually occurs when printing to a small number of Lexmark or
Dell printers.

Some customers may see the following error when opening a
company in v5.6.3 for the very first time:
Unable to load company information:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception
has been thrown by the target of an invocation. --->
System.Exception: Unable to read log file.
This is an unexpected token. The expected token is
'SEMICOLON'. Line 1, position 45.
The reason this error occurs is because there is an '&'
sign in either the file name, or part of a folder name where the
data files are located.

Error message opening Report Robot (v5.6.3)
Some customers may see the following error message when
accessing the Report Robot in v5.6.3.
"Unhandled exception: There is no row at position 66"
If you click [continue] the Report Robot will open but you will
not be able to produce any reports.
To resolve this issue close the Report Robot, click on the
Utilities drop down menu and select Options >
Reports. Ensure the option Z-Fold Payslips is
ticked. You will then be able to access the Report Robot as
normal.
Please note: This will result in a
new report being visible in the Reports list and Payslips
menu. Ensure you continue to choose the same payslip option
as previously.
