To transfer your existing payroll data to a new computer, you
must first install the latest version on the new PC.
Please note that, as all CDs issued (to date) contain
the full release of the software, you are not required to
install older versions of IRIS PAYE-Master in order to arrive
at the latest.
We recommend the following summarised steps when moving to a
new PC:
- Take a backup of your existing data which is
currently on your old PC
- Install the latest version, and licence it so
that the new PC is correctly prepared for your data
import. If you require confirmation of your licence details,
this information may be found in IRIS PAYE-Master on your old
PC by clicking the Support button on the
toolbar. Alternatively, please check your existing
support contract information, or contact IRIS Customer

After IRIS PAYE-Master is opened for the first time following
registration, you will be presented with the message box advising
that you do not have any data files.
