Checking the paper size

Having trouble adjusting you printer margins?Ensuring your paper size is correct is a simple process.

There are often a number of different places in the printer driver properties where you can set the paper size. You may need to check all of them.
 
If you find, for example, that your printed page is missing characters from around the edges of your report, or that IRIS PAYE-Master seems to print additional blank pages, that one of the settings may be set to an incorrect paper size. We advise that you explore the various tabs and buttons that you will find in your printer settings to ensure that all sections (there can be 2 or 3 areas) have their paper size set correctly.
 
To navigate to your printer driver properties, click the Microsoft Windows 'start' button, and select 'printers & faxes' (note: depending on your version of Microsoft Windows, you may have to click 'start', 'settings' then 'printers').
 
Right click on your chosen printer, and select 'properties'.
