Provision for multiple pay rates in IRIS PAYE-Master has been
provided via the Additions/Deductions facility in Company
Details.
A multiple pay rate payroll may be implemented as per the
following example:
The employer pays:
- £7.50 per hour up to 40 hours
- £7.60 per hour between 41 hours and 45 hours
- £7.70 per hour between 46 hours and 50 hours
Step 1
Click the Company
button.
Click on the Additions/Deductions tab, and scroll down
to the next unused addition/deduction.
Enter your descriptions - perhaps using definitions applicable
to the rates of pay, and enter the rate of pay in the
Multiple column.
Save your entries, and
press Close.
