the IRIS PAYE-Master Year End replacement CD
1. I haven't installed the v5.6.4 CD and I have just
received the Replacement CD? Do I have to install both?
No, simply install the replacement CD. You will then be up
to date and can continue as normal.
2. I have already installed the v5.6.4 CD and downloaded
the solution from your website. Do I need to install the
replacement CD as well?
Yes. Simply insert the CD into your drive and follow the
onscreen prompts.
3. I haven't installed any Year End CD's yet, can I
continue upto week 52/month 12 with my current version and then
update using the Replacement CD?
The current version 5.6.2 can be used to process payroll upto
week 52/month 12. Therefore you are ok to update using the
Replacement CD after finalising Month 12/week 52.
4. I haven't received the replacement CD, what can I
do?
You can either download it here or
you send an email payroll@iris.co.uk to request one,
please quote your Support contract number and company name.
