2007 or 2008 appearing on year end reports (P11, P60, etc)

When printing your 2005/2006 year end reports, it may be observed that 2007 or 2008 is printed instead of 2006 in the report header (for example, on your P11, P60, etc).

This issue has been addressed by the IRIS PAYE-Master v5.5.2 Budget release which is available to download.

If using the year end release, IRIS PAYE-Master v5.5, the issue may be resolved by downloading, extracting, and running the Pay Period Utility.exe file.  This should display your data files, along with a 'Date Correction' indicator.  These are the file(s) identified by the Pay Period Utility which require repairing.

Users of operating systems other than Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP may require WinZip (http://www.winzip.com/) to extract the file from this archive.

Please read the 'IRIS Pay Period Utility.doc', also contained within the downloaded zip file, for full details of how to use the utility.  Please note that the utility will also identify where week 53/54/56 is present.
