STEP ONE - Preparing to upgrade from IRIS HR Manager
v1.3.0
Determine the program folder currently used for the
installation.
1. In IRIS HR Manager, click on 'Help' and then 'About
IRIS HR Manager'
2. The program folder should be:
C:\Program Files\IRIS Software Ltd\HR Manager
Note: As IRIS HR
Manager software v1.4.0 is only available as a
stand-alone version, it cannot be installed on to a network for
multi-user access. You may share your data files by storing
them in a network location if required, but any PCs that require
access to the data will require their own, local, installation of
IRIS HR Manager.

3. Close 'About IRIS HR Manager' window and close
IRIS HR Manager.
