Changes to the NHS Pension Scheme
We are fully aware of the changes coming in April 2008 which
will affect employee's pension contributions. The April 2008
release of the software (version 2008.1) will come with
instructions on how to implement these changes through the
software.
Salaries Paid in the Leap Year
There is no need to adjust the salary for February to allow for
the leap year. This is because IRIS GP payroll calculates the
annual salary and then divides the annual figure over 12 equal
monthly payments. This is the same for salaried employees and for
employees paid hourly.
