IRIS GP Payroll will not pick up messages from
HMRC.
You may be using Microsoft Windows 95 or an early version of
Microsoft Windows NT. Neither can link to HMRC mailbox. Check that
you have entered your UserID and password into Setup/Options screen
3. If IRIS GP Payroll still fails you will have to examine the
messages using HMRC website (
www.hmrc.gov.uk).
Please inform the helpline of the problem as this section of
IRIS GP Payroll and HMRC’s direct link facility are both new and
may yet require some adjustments.
