Stage 7 - Backing Up
Data
It is very important to regularly back up your
data.
IRIS Bookkeeping makes the backing up process painless allowing you
to quickly back up company files via a menu option. Click on the
File menu and select
the Backup Database
option.
The approach that you take to backing up your data is
entirely up to you. For example, you can modify the name of the
backup files to keep an incremental backup of your company file(s),
adding the date and time to the backup filename.
