Introduction
The 'Logged in User Report' is run to check for any currently
active users or resources.
The report may be printed before running stand-alone maintenance
utilities, running data recovery measures or prior to making a
backup of the IRIS Accounts Office system to ensure all active
users have exited the application and to check that all the system
resources are closed.
Where users have exited IRIS Accounts Office without correctly
closing the application, the system may still see them as being
logged on and holding executable or data files open.
Running the 'Logged In User Report'
1. Run IRIS Accounts Office to open
the Multi Company Manger (MCM).
2. From the MCM, select the 'Tools' menu option, and click on
'Logged in User Report' from the dropdown list.

3. The 'Logged in User Report' will always report to screen
regardless of which output option is selected 'Output to Printer'
or 'Output to Screen'.
4. Click on 'OK' to run the report.
5. If no users or resources are detected as active the
following 'Information' screen is displayed.

6. If users are still logged in or active resources such as
OLE links are in use, the 'Logged in User Report' will be displayed
on screen. This can be printed by using the ObjectPrint icon from
the toolbar.
7. Use the report to identify for each Company, the active
user or in-use resource. Ask the user to close their IRIS Accounts
Office application or close the active resource from the server or
computer.
