Exchequer's powerful General Ledger Software allows you
to access management information for any period or year!
The general ledger software has an innovative design
offering you the ability to view monthly trends in a table or
graph and 'drill-down' into further detail all the way to the
original transaction entries.

General Ledger Software
features:
- General Ledger - Your chart of accounts is
set-up in a graphical tree, with folders as headings and
sub-headings, making the General Ledger simple to design
and maintain
- General Ledger Codes - Unlimited levels
and sub-levels of General Ledger codes within your accounting
software

- ObjectClone -
Exchequer's General Ledger Software includes this powerful tool
enabling you to quickly and easily track financial
performance! Exchequer's ObjectClone option allows you to display
several General Ledgers on screen at once, each set to a
different period, year or currency!

- History Option - The
history option in the General Ledger Software displays the monthly
(or period) balances for the selected account, in a choice of
tabular or graph form. You can drill-down into any accounting
period to display any transactions simply by selecting the period
in the history window or clicking on the graph.
The
list of transactions could be sales, purchase or
journal
transactions - all of which can be displayed in their
original
form,
in full or re-printed using Object-Print.
- General Ledger Cashbook - This is an
integral part of Exchequer's General Ledger Software,
and allows you to reconcile accounts such as accruals and
prepayments, other contra accounts and bank accounts.
There is no limit to the General Ledger accounts that can be
individually reconciled
- Bank Reconciliation -
This automatic feature of Exchequer's General Ledger
Software has an option to download bank statements directly
from your banking software*

- Cost Centre and Department Codes - These
optional extras add two more dimensions to your General
Ledger's analysis. In fact, in addition to the General Ledger
code, cost centre and department, each transaction line has up to
four further fields that can be used for analysis purposes.

Cost centres and departments are set-up independently in the
General Ledger Software, making it simple to maintain yet extremely
powerful. You can view any General Ledger balance by cost centre,
department or a combination of both, and drill-down to the
originating transactions instantly
*Available only for certain banks. Banking
software and an optional Plug-In may need to be purchased. Details
